Cuffing Season Is Over // Really B Really (Kingsley)



Summary: Beatrice, La Vodka and Heather are back for another season and this episode La Vodka is helping Beatrice and Heather to break up with their no good boyfriends.

 Enjoyability: The Really B Really series is one that I like very much and that I look forward too so when I saw this video I was obviously excited that it was back regardless of how funny it was or was not. To me the video didn't live up to my expectations and I found it to be slightly boring at times and long winded. In this video Kingsley used a voice editor as well as his own voice to improve the quality of the Really B Really series but personally I don't think it added much to it. However the video has really interesting characters in it which Kingsley fans have grown to love and which I think everyone can because they are so funny and crazy.


Comparison to other videos: Compared to the other Really B Really videos this is probably the worst to me. It just didn't make me laugh as much as usual and I think some of the jokes kinda fell flat. Kingsley normally includes some pop culture jokes in it but I didn't find these to be particularly relevant or amusing. Lately on his channel Kingsley has changed his content away from his rant style videos like the overexposed series and I think this has made him lose a lot of his comedic effect. As in my opinion this video just can't compete with the level of humour that his older videos had.


Originality: While boys putting on wigs and acting like girls is nothing new on YouTube the way that he has created these new characters is definitely commendable and requires a lot of originality. The only youtuber I know of that does something similar to this is Thisisacommentary aka Tre Melvin and there are enough differences between the two channels for Kingsley's videos to stand out.


 Overall: I think this wasn't a bad quality video but that it wasn't up to the same standards as the other Really B Really videos and the other ones on Kingsley's channel. This is especially disappointing due to the fact that his fans have been waiting a long time for the series to arrive since he kind of stopped it mid season. However it was quite funny and if you've never seen a Really B Really video before then you are sure to get a few laughs so it gets a 6/10.
