How To Do Your Laundry // Grace Helbig



Summary: Grace Helbig starts a new series called How To Adult and in the first instalment she teaches you how to do laundry.

Enjoyability: Although the title might suggest it's another boring 'how to' video; it's not and if you've heard of Grace Helbig then you know that she can put a funny twist on practically anything, even laundry. The video concept was simple and it was almost a sarcastic rendition of other videos like that. However Grace's commentary while she does mundane tasks such as this make it really fun to watch and shows her creativity as she can make a joke about something that's not considered funny.



Comparison to other videos: I don't think this was Grace's best video but that's only because she has so many good videos on her channel, however Grace never fails to deliver the laughs and this video is no exception. Compared to other videos on YouTube her's stand out because sometimes her humour is so off the wall that you won't understand it at first but once you start to get her humour the laughs will keep on coming. This wasn't the most creative and innovative idea she has ever come up with but it is up to her usual standard which is quite high.



Originality: There are literally no other videos on YouTube that put the same spin and make the same jokes about doing laundry. This is a very unique channel with a lot of out of the box ideas and this is one of them. All the other videos about learning how to do laundry are serious, factual videos but this makes it funny and educational, though I would take her tips with a grain of salt unless you want to ruin your clothes.



Overall: This was a creative video concept that was fun to watch and showed a lot of originality but in order to get the top grade a video has to be outstanding so this video gets 9/10.
